Within TAX - ITTS - Advisory, our professionals deliver connected services, leveraging exceptional knowledge and technology to assist clients in navigating an era of rapid change. We help companies understand global tax policies and laws, enabling better business decisions and sustainable value creation.

Lead client engagements and build strong client relationships, ensuring professional service delivery and managing expectations. Mentor and develop team members, playing a crucial leadership role. Develop and implement strategies for Transaction Tax offerings, identifying target client segments and market opportunities. Create and sell new solutions, such as managed services and technology solutions, as part of Go-to-Market initiatives. Enhance the brand awareness of EY Transaction Tax services and support proposal development. Foster cross-service line collaboration to identify new client opportunities and drive sales. Monitor and report on sales opportunities, pipeline, and wins. Advise clients on strategic issues, providing perspectives on global trends and emerging practices.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience is required. This experience should include a minimum of 5-6 years specializing in M&A tax and regulatory work, including corporate restructuring. Candidates must possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and maintain a positive, responsible attitude, especially under pressure. Willingness to travel locally and to other cities for work is essential.
