As a Senior Manager in Tax, you will be expected to deliver technical excellence in tax advisory services. You will also function as a Senior Company Secretarial Consultant, ensuring adherence to all relevant commercial and legal requirements. This role involves providing practical, insightful, and effective solutions to complex client issues, working collaboratively across multiple client departments.

To excel in this position, you must possess a qualification as a Company Secretary. We require 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in company secretarial functions. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, navigate commercial and legal frameworks, and apply a practical, solution-oriented approach to complex problems.
