This Senior Manager, Software Engineering role focuses on driving the delivery and scaling of cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms and healthcare provider systems. You'll blend deep technical expertise in AI/LLMs and platform engineering with strong leadership skills, emphasizing hands-on development and dependable delivery.

Lead and mentor a team of 8-15 AI/Agentic engineers, fostering innovation and continuous learning. Oversee technical delivery, including the development and deployment of AI agents into production, monitoring, and performance tuning. Drive execution management through PI Planning, work breakdown, and resource scheduling, ensuring alignment with roadmaps and forecasts. Collaborate effectively with product and business stakeholders, gathering requirements and resolving cross-functional challenges.

Required: Proven experience with agentic architectures, building agent monitoring dashboards, and deploying AI systems to production. Hands-on expertise with at least one major LLM platform (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini). Familiarity with AI system observability, performance tuning, and lifecycle management is essential. Preferred: 20+ years in software/product engineering with at least 2 years of recent hands-on AI/Agentic systems experience. Strong leadership, program/delivery management, and communication skills are vital. Willingness to work the 2 PM - 11 PM IST shift and travel occasionally.
