Define and execute a comprehensive multi-year technical strategy, aligning software architecture and product roadmaps with Amazon's long-term business objectives and customer needs.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software development managers and senior engineers, cultivating an inclusive engineering culture that prioritizes career development and operational excellence.

Collaborate closely with product management, design, and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives across accessibility, GenAI, and spatial computing technologies.

Establish robust engineering standards and scalable mechanisms for auditing quality, operational performance, and the overall customer experience across all team systems and services.

Drive strategic organizational planning, including long-term resource allocation, staffing strategies, talent reviews, and succession planning to ensure sustained organizational growth.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in engineering team management.

Demonstrated expertise in planning, designing, developing, and delivering consumer software experiences over 10+ years.

Proven experience partnering effectively with product or program management teams.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, projects, and development teams within an Agile framework.

Experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic applications is highly desirable.
