This role is part of our National PAS WKFA CNS PC team, which comprises sector-agnostic professionals dedicated to enhancing client workforces. We strategically align people initiatives with business objectives, placing Human Capital at the core of transformation. Our expertise covers Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards.

Drive technical excellence in organizational change management, supporting HR and workforce transformation initiatives. Apply hands-on expertise in organizational design, operating model definition, role alignment, and workforce structure optimization. Assess and improve HR operating and delivery models for efficiency and scalability. Streamline HR processes, policies, and transactions to enhance effectiveness and reduce complexity. Utilize consulting and analytical methods to develop practical workforce advisory solutions and present executive-ready recommendations.

Candidates should possess a strong background in organizational change management and HR transformation. Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy is essential. A minimum of 6+ years in Project Management, 3+ years in Business Analysis, 4+ years in HR Operations, and 3+ years in Talent Acquisition is required. A PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or a Master of Business Administration is mandatory.
