The Senior Manager role within the National PAS WKFA team focuses on Workforce Advisory, specializing in transforming client organizations by strategically aligning their people agenda with business objectives. We champion a Humans@Center approach to drive sustainable change through workforce power, enabling clients to reimagine their future talent needs for a competitive advantage.

Drive HR transformation initiatives, designing and implementing future-ready workforce solutions. Lead GCC setup strategy, including operating model design, transition planning, and implementation. Cultivate business and market portfolio growth through structured advisory and solution development. Apply workforce advisory frameworks to complex HR and organizational transformation engagements, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.

Key areas include Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards. This involves utilizing proprietary tools and platforms to deliver innovative client solutions.

A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is required, complemented by a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations and HR Transformation, including GCC setup.
