Drive technical excellence by applying strong experience in organizational change management, including planning and executing transformation initiatives across HR and workforce functions. Contribute to HR process efficiency, policy review, and transaction streamlining to improve operational performance. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations is required, complemented by at least 3 years each in Talent Acquisition and Business Analysis.
