Leveraging proprietary tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Change Experience & Learning: Guiding clients in redefining the workforce experience through new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking) and accelerating adoption via digital platforms like EY Noggin Labs. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Ensuring leadership and cultural programs align with business strategy, purpose, and operating models, adapting to market changes and building modern talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and aligning employee policies and rewards with business objectives.
