This role focuses on People Advisory Services (PAS) within the Workforce Advisory (WKFA) sector, specifically in the National CNS - PC division based in Bangalore. This national team collaborates across various industries, offering well-rounded client experiences.

Deliver exceptional technical expertise in GCC setup and transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end workforce advisory engagements.

Apply robust change management frameworks to facilitate seamless organizational and operating model transitions for clients.

Design and implement effective employee experience strategies that are intrinsically linked to workforce transformation objectives.

Develop innovative solutions for workforce advisory programs, translating complex business needs into practical and scalable models.

Utilize advanced academic knowledge in psychology, HRM, or management to inform data-driven and people-centric advisory solutions.

A minimum of 6 years of consulting experience is required.

Candidates should possess a Master of Arts in Psychology, Master of Business Administration, PhD in Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.
