This role is part of the National PAS WKFA team, bringing a well-rounded experience across various industries. You'll contribute to key areas such as Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards.

Lead initiatives in organization and workforce transformation, integrating business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Apply capabilities like scenario modelling, organizational design, and workforce planning. Drive change management and learning strategies, defining new workforce experiences and ensuring accelerated adoption through digital platforms. Align leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, adapting to evolving customer needs. Re-imagine and digitize HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, and HR technology, while transforming employee policies and rewards.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. You should possess 5-6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
