Join our National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team as a Senior Manager in Bangalore. This role is part of a sector-agnostic team that provides well-rounded experience across various industries. Our People Consulting professionals help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing humans at the center of transformation to drive sustainable change.

We enable organizations to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, roles, and cost structure, thereby transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models through scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

- Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration. Accelerate adoption via digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via EY Noggin Labs.

- Purpose, Culture, and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models to adapt to changing customer needs and build modern leadership capabilities for efficiency and innovation.

- HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards: Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience. - The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, solutions-oriented approach to addressing complex issues and delivering insightful recommendations. - A mindset characterized by agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity.
