As a Senior Manager in Workforce Advisory, you will leverage strong expertise in GCC setup and transformation initiatives, supporting end-to-end engagements. You will apply a solid understanding of change management frameworks to facilitate smooth organizational and operating model transitions. A key responsibility is designing employee experience strategies that align with workforce transformation objectives and developing solutions for workforce advisory programs by translating business needs into practical, scalable models. Your advanced academic grounding in psychology, HRM, or management will be instrumental in supporting data-driven, people-centric advisory solutions.

We seek individuals with 6+ years of consulting experience. A Master of Arts in Psychology, Master of Business Administration, PhD in Psychology, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or PGD in Human Resource Management is required. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to solving complex issues, delivering insightful solutions, and demonstrating agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity are essential attributes for this role.
