Apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools. Lead Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new Workforce Experiences including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, and collaborative problem-solving. Accelerate adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience tracking and Digital Learning via EY platforms. Align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Spearhead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives, reimagining and digitizing the HR function. This includes HR strategy, HR service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.
