- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models through scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, and Problem Solving, driving adoption through digital tools and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, fostering modern talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and optimizing employee policies and rewards.

We are looking for individuals with the ability to collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and problem-solving approach is essential.
