Key areas of focus include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Implementing an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves leveraging capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Collaborating with clients to define enhanced workforce experiences, including new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) and facilitating accelerated adoption through digitally enabled change experiences. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating models to foster efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Redesigning and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

We are seeking individuals with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, enabling the delivery of insightful and actionable solutions.

Candidates should demonstrate agility, curiosity, and mindfulness, maintaining positive energy while exhibiting adaptability and creativity in their approach. A background in Human Resources is expected, coupled with 5-6 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
