The Senior Manager, National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory role is based in Bangalore. Key areas of focus include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models through scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy using proprietary tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Designing new workforce experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital), and driving accelerated adoption via digital change insights and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy and operating models to build modern talent capabilities for efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.
