Drive client engagements focused on Organization and Workforce Transformation, including scenario modeling, org design, and workforce analytics.

Develop and implement effective Change Experience and Learning strategies, incorporating new ways of working like Agile and Design Thinking.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies to foster efficiency and innovation.

Lead HR Transformation initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and the digitization of HR functions.

A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience is required.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.

Demonstrate a practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
