As a Senior Manager in the PAS team, you will be instrumental in business transformation projects, delivering exceptional client service and insightful solutions. You will manage multiple priorities, demonstrate strong communication, and quickly build relationships. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading project work streams from planning to implementation, effectively managing resources and budgets. - Influencing clients and stakeholders to support major change initiatives. - Collaborating with team members and fostering an inclusive environment. - Identifying and mitigating risks and issues. - Contributing to business development by preparing proposals and presentations. - Providing coaching and development to junior staff and peers.

To excel in this role, you should possess a postgraduate degree or equivalent from a Tier 1 institute, with a specialization in Human Resources. A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles such as recruitment, organization structuring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and performance management is required. Previous experience with a global management consultancy, niche consultancy, or in-house roles involving large-scale projects is highly valued. Strong managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
