This role is within our National People Advisory Services (PAS) - HR Transactions & HR Actuarial Services team in Gurgaon. The team collaborates across industries, offering a comprehensive experience. The role demands technical excellence in HR systems and HCM architecture, focusing on solution design and workflow optimization. You will lead end-to-end HR transformation initiatives, incorporating AI for enhanced automation, analytics, and decision support. Responsibilities include architecting scalable solutions, contributing to PMO-led transformations, and executing change within HR advisory or consulting contexts. A strong grasp of process and technology requirements is essential for successful solutioning and efficient operations.

To excel in this position, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and an MBA are required. Significant experience with HCM Systems is essential, alongside a deep understanding of HR systems and their architecture.
