Key responsibilities include analyzing business needs and translating them into detailed functional specifications and robust solution designs. You will lead workshops for requirement gathering and conduct fit-gap analyses with stakeholders. Configuring and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules, developing functional design documents, and creating test scenarios are integral parts of this role. Collaboration with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and thorough testing (SIT/UAT) is essential. Providing functional guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices in PeopleSoft functionality will be crucial.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle SCM Cloud solutions is expected.
