Lead the end-to-end network delivery for data centers, labs, and offices, ensuring seamless execution from build to validation across our global network.

Champion architectural standards, proactively identifying and resolving deviations. Evaluate and select technologies based on delivery, cost, and operability, ensuring successful implementation.

Develop and maintain secure networks by enforcing InfoSec policies, adhering to local regulations, and keeping documentation up-to-date. Drive network infrastructure automation through investments in CI/CD, orchestration, and AI tools.

Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering cross-regional and cross-time zone collaboration. Coordinate capital-funded programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and aligning team capacity with the build roadmap.

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into delivery plans and provide leadership with comprehensive program status updates.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as B.E. or B.Tech, or equivalent experience is essential. Advanced degrees like M.Tech, M.S., or PhD are considered a plus.

We require at least 12 years of experience in building and managing large-scale hybrid networks, including over 6 years in a leadership capacity. A proven history of successfully delivering multi-site network programs on time and within budget is critical.

Demonstrate solid knowledge of network security principles and the ability to implement and verify them. Familiarity with security audits, penetration testing, and compliance frameworks is expected.

Experience leading distributed teams, managing vendor relationships, and possessing deep expertise in networking protocols and technologies are key. Proficiency with network automation tools and scripting languages, coupled with strong collaborator management and executive communication skills, will set candidates apart.
