As a Senior Manager, you will spearhead business development initiatives, driving revenue growth from key accounts. Your role involves formulating and executing account strategies, leading client pursuits, and cultivating strong C-suite relationships. You will collaborate closely with Client Service Partners throughout the client and engagement lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities. Internally, you will manage account teams, develop strategic plans, and oversee pipeline management. A key aspect of this role is hunting for new accounts and directing account coordinators to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 12 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or equivalent. You should have a proven track record in business development, account strategy, and consultative selling, with experience managing CEO/CFO relationships. A deep understanding of the financial services market, industry trends, and competitive landscapes is essential.
