Join our leadership team as a Senior Manager, specializing in Cyber Strategy & Transformation. This role focuses on safeguarding organizations from cyber threats and protecting valuable assets. As a market-facing professional, you will leverage your deep understanding of business imperatives and cyber technologies to drive client success. This position demands strong cybersecurity expertise coupled with market-making efforts, guiding clients through the entire business cycle to build lasting relationships and deliver sustained value.

Lead client engagements by demonstrating a solid grasp of business needs, technological insights, and how cyber strategies can transform value creation. Drive market-making initiatives alongside robust cybersecurity skills, managing clients through the end-to-end business lifecycle. Identify business opportunities and contribute to growth strategies, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and leading proposal development.

Deliver high-quality client service by understanding management expectations, assessing the current cyber risk landscape, and designing/implementing solutions. Develop and deploy Deloitte methodologies for managed services, security architecture, and cyber risk management. Act as a mentor and coach, guiding staff development and nurturing new team members.

This leadership role requires a high-energy, market-facing security professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience, including leading and delivering significant cybersecurity projects. A strong understanding of business development and the tendering process is essential.

Candidates should possess a B.Tech degree, with M.Tech or MBA being advantageous. While not strictly mandatory for the role, certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly valued. Experience within the Government & Public Sector is also a significant plus.
