Lead and mentor a team of firewall engineers and security professionals. Establish team goals and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Manage resources for multiple projects and strategic initiatives.

Spearhead security integrations for M&A activities, including due diligence and post-close programs. Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to develop secure integration strategies and mitigate risks.

Drive standardization for security risks, network connectivity, and firewall modernization. Provide technical and architectural guidance for enterprise and acquired firewall environments.

Identify opportunities to automate firewall engineering, risk assessments, and security processes. Support on-call rotations and respond to high-severity security incidents.

A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 10 years in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Network Security, or Firewall Security is essential.

Significant hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls (7+ years) and people management (6+ years) is necessary. Experience with M&A security integrations, cloud security, network segmentation, and security governance is crucial.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and enterprise-level security initiatives is expected. Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills are vital for success in fast-paced environments.
