This leadership role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity strategy and IT risk management program. You will manage Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, drive threat modeling and risk mitigation efforts, and design security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include effective incident management, service delivery for global customers, and maintaining service stability. You will also oversee the management of security devices and applications, support disaster recovery planning, and ensure the successful execution of security projects. Researching and integrating new technologies for service improvement is also a crucial part of this role.

Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data. Proven experience in project coordination using tools like Wrike, Asana, or Monday.com is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to effectively engage with internal teams, external vendors, and senior management.

This position requires a strategic thinker capable of managing security budgets, manpower, and financial aspects, while fostering positive working relationships with all stakeholders. You will also act as a mentor, providing technical guidance and planning training for team members to enhance their skills.
