Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity strategy and IT risk management program, integrating technology, policy, and process solutions. Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) initiatives and the deployment of security technologies in complex, multi-tenant environments. Conduct regular threat modeling to identify risks and implement effective threat monitoring and mitigation strategies.

Design and document operational procedures, build high-performing teams, and ensure service delivery excellence for global clients, prioritizing stability and continuity. Establish and maintain information security policies, procedures, and documentation to meet international standards, legal requirements, and industry best practices.

Effectively manage security events, incidents, service changes, and requests, collaborating with operational teams to resolve issues. Foster customer-oriented communication and ensure adherence to SLAs, process improvements, and operational objectives. Conduct regular meetings with teams, vendors, and management, and present security operation reports and dashboards to senior leadership and customers.

Provide mentorship and technical assistance to the team, planning training to enhance technical skills. Manage and maintain security devices and applications within the SOC. Support contingency planning, business continuity, and IT disaster recovery efforts. Ensure effective project management for security initiatives according to organizational standards.

Research emerging technologies for service enhancements and present proposals for implementation. Actively manage security budgets, manpower, costing, and billings. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, internal departments, external vendors, management, and customers, to foster positive working relationships. Experience with project coordination tools like Wrike, Asana, or Monday.com is required, alongside strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
