Lead the enterprise TLS Certificate Management and PKI program, establishing long-term roadmaps and governance.

Direct and develop a high-performing technical team, ensuring professional growth and operational excellence.

Drive the creation and operation of a comprehensive Certificate Management program, automating the TLS/SSL certificate lifecycle across diverse environments.

Manage and enhance certificate management platforms like Venafi, leveraging RA and automated workflows for discovery and monitoring.

Integrate certificate management across multi-cloud, container, core infrastructure, and application platforms.

Communicate risk management strategies and security posture to CXO leadership and cross-functional teams.

Establish operational frameworks, maturity models, and best practices for cryptographic assets.

Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for security risks and certificate expirations.

An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required.

Bring a minimum of 12+ years in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related technology fields, including 5+ years of direct people management.

Demonstrate proven experience managing enterprise-wide certificate management programs in complex environments.

Possess hands-on expertise with certificate formats, CSR generation, CRLs, and troubleshooting across various CA types.

Showcase experience with enterprise certificate management solutions (e.g., Venafi) and automated deployment workflows.

Have a strong record of presenting to and collaborating with executive stakeholders.

Exhibit extensive technical knowledge in Cryptography, PKI, Certificate Trust Models, and TLS/SSL certificate management.
