Join our dynamic Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting team in Delhi as a Senior Manager. You will play a pivotal role in supporting clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from initial assessment to post-merger integration. This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse industries and markets, contributing to high-profile transactions.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead and manage complex projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceeding client expectations. This includes overseeing junior team members, fostering stakeholder relationships, and producing detailed reports. Key activities involve the critical review of financial data, analysis of projections, and identifying potential risks and financial considerations for our clients. You'll engage in a variety of transactions, from IPOs to cross-border acquisitions, working within international teams and assisting a broad spectrum of businesses.

We are seeking a CA qualified professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally with first-time passes. Strong experience in transaction diligence, execution, and reporting is essential. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, coupled with excellent report writing, attention to detail, and risk management skills, is crucial. A solid commercial acumen and market awareness are expected, alongside fluency in both written and spoken English. While not mandatory, prior transaction experience would be advantageous.
