Drive Go-to-Market strategy for core banking transformation, digital/open banking ecosystems, and payments modernization. Develop innovative offerings, accelerators, and reusable assets aligned with market needs. Translate emerging industry trends like real-time processing, API integration, and data monetization into compelling client propositions. Support the sales cycle through deal shaping, RFP responses, and client proposals, defining solution architecture and delivery approaches. Lead client workshops to establish target operating models, technology architectures, and transformation roadmaps. Foster collaborative relationships with alliance partners and product vendors to create joint offerings.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business is required. Possess over 15 years of comprehensive experience in banking and payments consulting and delivery, with a strong track record in transformation programs. Demonstrated expertise in both pre-sales activities (RFPs, proposals) and successful delivery execution is essential. A robust understanding of core banking platforms and modules, including deposits, lending, GL, and channels, alongside a deep knowledge of the payments landscape, is critical for this senior role.
