In this role, you will serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner, providing critical commercial and financial insights to guide strategic planning, forecasting, performance management, and key business decisions. This position offers a significant opportunity to contribute to the growth of the GDS business within a leading global firm.

Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic and operational decisions with financial insights. You will lead the financial partnering agenda, aligning strategic priorities with financial plans and objectives. This involves influencing cross-functional stakeholders, managing budgets and forecasts, and preparing financial reports that highlight key performance indicators. Additionally, you will provide operational support for cost improvement initiatives and develop models for enhanced reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of work experience, preferably in Business Finance and Financial Planning & Analysis, and hold a CA qualification. Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and MIS is essential, along with excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Superior written and oral communication abilities are required for effective stakeholder interaction. Experience with ERP systems like SAP and exposure to tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or SQL are highly desirable.
