Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs, including operating model design, R2R, O2C, P2P, and finance shared services. Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leaders, overseeing complex, multi-workstream engagements. Translate business strategy into actionable finance transformation roadmaps and business cases. Drive the implementation and adoption of digital finance solutions, such as RPA, AI, and cloud platforms.

Contribute to practice growth through go-to-market offerings, thought leadership, and proposal development. Build and expand client accounts through collaborative efforts. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. Stay abreast of the latest trends in finance, accounting, and technology.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred. Professional certifications like CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA are also advantageous.

This role demands 10-15 years of experience in consulting or industry finance, with a strong emphasis on leading large-scale finance transformation programs. You should possess deep knowledge of finance processes and CFO priorities, coupled with excellent executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Proven experience managing teams and developing future leaders is essential.
