Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications in production.

Lead initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, NLU, and computer vision, translating complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities, driving efficiency and business results.

Conduct advanced research, experimentation, and model optimization using sophisticated statistical and machine learning techniques.

Develop and support large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks, applying deep learning for automation and decision support.

Create reusable tools and frameworks for AI/ML lifecycle management, including deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Communicate technical insights and AI strategies effectively to executive leadership and diverse audiences.

Mentor team members, fostering innovation and upholding responsible AI practices.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing and deploying machine learning and AI solutions in enterprise settings is essential.

Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with a strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, NLU, computer vision, and speech recognition technologies.

Experience with large-scale data platforms, distributed computing, and cloud-based AI/ML solutions is necessary.

Familiarity with MLOps practices and a solid grasp of statistics, optimization, and model evaluation methodologies are expected.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate complex technical concepts to leadership.
