Drive new region build-outs and expansion initiatives, serving as a key liaison with project and engineering teams. You will manage project timelines, capacity planning, and ensure adherence to world-class operational standards. Furthermore, guide teams responsible for installations, repairs, inventory management, and logistics, enforcing component replacement and upgrade standards, recommending significant purchases, and implementing advanced maintenance strategies to optimize data center efficiency and stability.

Key responsibilities include overseeing data center site portfolio management across multiple locations and leading performance monitoring and analysis. You will integrate operations metrics into broader business strategy, direct performance evaluations, and supervise capacity analysis.

Manage issue resolution and automation by directing teams in supporting complex technical issues. Propose and implement advanced strategies for issue triage, leveraging automation and monitoring tools. Standardize processes, document issues, and guide incident management protocols aligned with business continuity plans. Conduct Root Cause Analyses and update documentation for process improvements.

Support data center expansion by overseeing new region builds and managing site activities, both onsite and remotely. Act as a senior liaison for project and engineering teams, managing timelines and capacity needs for expansion projects. Ensure world-class standards are maintained in all build and expansion activities.

Lead installation and maintenance efforts, including installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics. Establish and enforce standards for component replacements and upgrades, recommend significant purchases, and oversee rack deployments and network infrastructure changes. Implement advanced maintenance strategies for efficiency and stability, focusing on containment, airflow, pressure, and power systems.

This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in data center operations and management. Essential skills include expertise in Data Center Infrastructure Construction, IT Risk Management, Operations and Maintenance, and Proactive Management.
