Lead the strategic planning, governance, and execution of data center construction and development initiatives across India. This pivotal role ensures successful delivery of new builds, expansions, and retrofits, overseeing program, cost, risk, quality, and safety. The Senior Manager collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to align construction efforts with design, operational, and business objectives.

Develop and mentor project and construction professionals, establishing best practices and driving efficient issue resolution. This position is crucial for ensuring projects meet critical milestones and operational readiness, contributing significantly to the organization's infrastructure growth.

Spearhead end-to-end construction project delivery, encompassing new builds, expansions, retrofits, and customer-specific projects. Own integrated delivery plans, manage readiness gates, and implement recovery actions to meet key business commitments like Early Access and RFS. Ensure disciplined project controls across schedule, cost, risk, and change management. Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, acting as a primary point of contact for contractors and stakeholders. Champion safety, quality, and operational readiness throughout the project lifecycle. Direct and develop construction and project management teams, planning capacity and embedding consistent delivery practices.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction, project delivery, or program delivery, preferably within mission-critical environments such as data centers or industrial facilities. Demonstrated experience in people management, including setting objectives, coaching, and resource allocation. Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects from design through handover. A robust understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, change control, and contractor oversight is essential.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities are required to influence diverse audiences. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting and travel domestically is also necessary. A relevant degree or professional qualification in construction management, engineering, or project management is preferred. Familiarity with P6 or MS Project and experience with commissioning frameworks are advantageous.
