This Senior Manager role within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) sector focuses on Business Consulting and Risk, specifically in Process & Controls. We assist TMT organizations in navigating industry convergence, driving agile strategies, and achieving operational excellence. Our focus is on enhancing employee and customer experiences, protecting brand reputation, and enabling value-creating M&A strategies to shape the future of the technology revolution.

Lead end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) engagements, ensuring delivery quality, commercial success, and client satisfaction. Design and implement BPM Centres of Excellence, including operating models, governance, and adoption programs. Provide hands-on expertise in process architecture and modeling using tools like SAP Signavio, ARIS, and Celonis. Develop winning proposals and lead client relationship management to foster account growth.

Manage engagement PMO activities, including status reporting, risk management, and financial tracking. Lead, coach, and mentor project teams, contributing to practice development through assets, methods, and training. Travel internationally for project deliveries and client engagements as needed.

A strong background in process mining and discovery using tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, and Celonis is essential. You should have hands-on experience analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, Warehousing) and working knowledge of SAP environments. Experience in solutioning process and control transformation initiatives aligned with business consulting risk requirements is crucial.

Proven ability to build and lead teams, contribute to business development, and design client solutions is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Technology, or Computer Applications, or a Master's/PhD in a related field is required. Minimum of 3 years in Backend Development, 2 years in Frontend Development, 4 years in Data Engineering, 6 years in Project Management, 3 years in Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, or Financial Analysis is necessary.
