EY Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Business Consulting Risk team in Bangalore, focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This role involves transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, addressing strategic problems, and driving long-term client value.

Within the CNS - RISK - PROCESS & CONTROLS service line, the focus is on identifying and managing risks to ensure clients meet their future business objectives. This includes areas like Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, all approached with a transformative and agile methodology.

Lead end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) engagements, ensuring delivery quality, commercial success, and client satisfaction. Design and implement BPM Centers of Excellence, including operating models, governance, and adoption programs. Execute hands-on process architecture and modeling using tools like SAP Signavio, ARIS, and Celonis, maintaining high technical standards. Develop compelling proposals for RFPs/RFIs, covering solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations. Cultivate and manage senior-level client relationships to drive account growth and repeat business. Oversee engagement PMO functions, including reporting, risk management, and financial tracking. Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Contribute to practice development through asset creation, method refinement, and mentoring. Undertake international travel for project deliveries and client engagements as needed.

Demonstrated expertise in process mining and discovery using SAP Signavio, ARIS, and Celonis. Proven ability to analyze and improve end-to-end business processes across P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, and Warehousing. Working knowledge of SAP environments, with proficiency in assessing process flows and control points. Experience in designing and implementing process and control transformation initiatives aligned with business consulting risk requirements. Strong capabilities in team leadership, business development, and client solution design. Experience leading large BPM engagements from inception to completion. A practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations.
