Lead end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) engagements, ensuring delivery quality, commercial success, and client satisfaction. Design and implement BPM Centers of Excellence, establishing operating models, governance, and best practices. Provide hands-on expertise in process architecture and modeling using tools like SAP Signavio, ARIS, and Celonis, maintaining high technical standards.

Develop compelling proposals for RFPs and RFIs, including solution design, effort estimation, and commercial proposals. Cultivate strong senior-level client relationships to drive account growth and secure repeat business. Manage engagement PMO functions, including status reporting, risk and issue resolution, and financial tracking.

Lead, mentor, and develop project teams of 5-15 practitioners. Contribute to practice development through creating assets, refining methodologies, and mentoring consultants. Be prepared for international travel to support project deliveries and client engagements.

Possess strong expertise in process mining and discovery tools such as SAP Signavio, ARIS, and Celonis. Demonstrate hands-on experience in analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes across P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, and Warehousing. Maintain working knowledge of SAP environments for process flow and control assessment.

Proven ability to build and lead teams, contributing to business development and client solution design. Experience in solutioning process and control transformation initiatives aligned with business consulting risk requirements is essential.
