Lead end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) engagements, ensuring quality delivery, commercial success, and client satisfaction. Design and implement BPM Centres of Excellence, including operating models and governance. Perform hands-on process architecture and modeling using tools like SAP Signavio, ARIS, and Celonis. Develop compelling proposals for RFPs and RFIs, including solution design and effort estimation. Cultivate and manage senior client relationships, driving account growth. Oversee engagement PMO functions, including reporting, risk management, and financial tracking. Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, and contribute to practice development through assets and training.

Responsibilities also include contributing to business development, solution design, and owning delivery quality. You will also manage engagement risks and issues, track dependencies, and oversee steering committee meetings. Travel internationally for project deliveries and client engagements may be required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Backend Development, 2 years in Frontend Development, 4 years in Data Engineering, 6 years in Project Management, 3 years in Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, and Financial Analysis is essential. Strong expertise in process mining and discovery tools (SAP Signavio, ARIS, Celonis) is crucial.

Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience in analyzing and improving end-to-end business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, Warehousing) and working knowledge of SAP environments. Experience in solutioning process and control transformation aligned with business consulting risk requirements is expected. The ability to build and lead teams, contribute to business development, and design client solutions is key. You should possess a practical, agile, and creative approach to problem-solving.
