EY Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager in Business Consulting, focusing on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector within Finance and Corporate Finance.

This role involves transforming businesses by leveraging people, technology, and innovation. You will tackle strategic business challenges, drive long-term value for clients, and contribute to a better working world. The position is based in New Delhi.

Drive end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and accuracy. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A.

Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify and manage financial and operational risks, supporting audits and promoting a strong controls culture.

Lead transformation initiatives for simplification, standardization, and automation. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a change leader. Develop and mentor a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, coupled with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
