As a Senior Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, and accuracy. You'll convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, manage capacity, and monitor performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing improvements.

You will lead finance domains such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining process documentation, and identifying/mitigating financial and operational risks. You will also champion simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity and drive operational excellence.

We are seeking individuals with 12-15 years of experience and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The ideal candidate possesses strong collaboration skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to deliver insightful solutions.
