Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring service levels and quality standards are met. Develop clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and team goals based on business priorities.

Oversee specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience.

Manage financial and operational risks, implement preventive actions, and ensure robust process documentation. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and auditors.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Master of Business Administration degree is required, coupled with 12-15 years of relevant experience in business consulting, preferably within the TMT and Finance sectors.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Possess a practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
