Translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, capacity forecasts, service objectives, and team goals. Ensure end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, meeting service levels, quality, and timeliness targets.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Oversee critical functions including month-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, invoice processing, billing, cash application, and financial planning.

Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation to enhance productivity. Identify and address financial and operational risks, ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain comprehensive process documentation and control evidence.

Foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology teams, banks, and vendors. Act as a change leader, guiding organizations through transformations in processes and technology.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and learning-oriented environment. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet evolving business needs.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.

Candidates must possess 12 to 15 years of relevant professional experience. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, coupled with the ability to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
