As a Senior Manager, you will provide technical excellence in delivering business consulting engagements. This includes focusing on process improvement and leading transformation initiatives. You will analyze current business processes to identify enhancement opportunities and support end-to-end transformation delivery, from planning to tracking outcomes. Developing structured consulting deliverables such as assessments, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps is key. A strong understanding of governance, stakeholder requirements, and consulting methodologies is essential to drive effective business change.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 15 years of total experience, including at least 10 years in consulting. Essential qualifications include a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, PG Diploma in Management, or a Master of Business Administration.

You will need the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
