EY, a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, is seeking a Senior Manager for its National Assurance team in New Delhi. This role focuses on driving transformation within financial accounting and advisory services (FAAS), specifically in the record-to-report (R2R) domain. The National Assurance team operates across various industries, offering a comprehensive experience. The ASU-FAAS division plays a crucial role in inspiring confidence and trust by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering essential information to stakeholders. Their service offerings include external audits, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and corporate treasury advisory.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage deep techno-functional expertise to lead transformations in record-to-report areas, focusing on process optimization rather than direct technology implementation. You will provide subject matter expertise, lead delivery teams for R2R transformations, and possess extensive knowledge of ERP systems like SAP FI/CO and Oracle Fusion Financials. Your responsibilities include driving improvements in revenue recognition, accruals, intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, asset accounting, chart of accounts management, account reconciliations, sub-ledger accounting, consolidation processes, financial statement preparation, disclosures, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.

You will also be expected to conceptualize and develop client-specific solutions, lead proposal building, and collaborate with market teams to secure new business. This role involves leading cross-service line collaboration, developing internal capabilities through training, and managing teams of 5-8 managers. Developing people through coaching, motivation, and guided training, along with facilitating career conversations, is also a key aspect of this position.

To qualify for this Senior Manager role, candidates must possess a CA, MBA (Finance) with a Commerce background, CWA, CMA, CFA, or M.Com qualification. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant consulting experience in record-to-report transformation is essential. Experience in industry user roles will not be considered.
