This role is within the National Assurance team, specifically focusing on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS).

Our Assurance purpose is to inspire confidence and trust, serving the public interest by promoting transparency, supporting investor confidence, and nurturing future business leaders. We assist clients by ensuring account compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders.

Service offerings include External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPOs, and Corporate Treasury support.

Spearhead end-to-end IPO execution, including managing document preparation (DRHP/RHP), due diligence, and successful closure.

Coordinate closely with clients and EY teams on regulatory compliance and liaise with intermediaries like BRLMs and Legal Counsels. Assist in business development by identifying early leads and fostering client engagement.

Ensure robust risk management and compliance with all disclosure requirements as per law. Play a lead role in managing client relationships and third parties, and support clients with post-issue formalities.

Drive various regulatory changes, provide recommendations to team members, and impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Company Secretary (CS) qualification is essential.

We require a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
