This Senior Manager role within our National Assurance team, specifically in ASU - FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services, is based in Mumbai. You'll contribute to a sector-agnostic team, gaining diverse industry experience. Assurance's core purpose is to inspire confidence and trust by safeguarding the public interest, promoting transparency, supporting economic growth, and nurturing future business leaders.

Manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising the preparation of crucial documentation like DRHP/RHP, conducting due diligence, and ensuring successful closure.

Coordinate closely with clients and the EY team to ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance aspects. Liaise effectively with intermediaries such as BRLMs and Legal Counsels throughout the deal execution process.

Contribute to business development by identifying early opportunities and engaging clients with the support of the wider team. Ensure robust risk management and compliance within EY, meeting all client-related disclosure requirements.

Take a lead role in managing client relationships and third-party interactions. Assist clients with post-issue formalities and spearhead responses to evolving regulatory changes, providing strategic recommendations to EY team members. Mentor and impart product knowledge to subordinates and peers.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Company Secretary (CS) qualification is essential. A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience is required.
