This Senior Manager role within the National Assurance team, specifically focusing on FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services, is based in Gurgaon. The National teams operate across various industries, providing diverse experiences. FAAS is crucial in inspiring confidence and trust by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering vital information to stakeholders.

Our service offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury – IFRS 9 accounting. This role is integral to driving these services forward.

You will be instrumental in supporting Axiom Basel III / Basel 3.1 Capital, RWA, COREP, CCR, and Pillar 3 reporting implementations and regulatory change initiatives. This includes maintaining end-to-end data lineage, documenting regulatory processes, and ensuring reporting traceability. Your responsibilities will also involve assessing regulatory and capital impacts from Basel reforms and new products, supporting target operating model design, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.

Collaborate effectively with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams to deliver compliant reporting solutions. You will also be tasked with defining and strengthening regulatory reporting controls, driving improvements in reconciliations between systems, and supporting reporting production cycles and regulatory submissions.

Essential experience includes strong proficiency in Axiom Regulatory Reporting, Capital Adequacy, Credit Risk RWA, COREP, CCR, Pillar 3, and Basel/EBA/PRA reporting. You must demonstrate proven ability in leading end-to-end business analysis, functional design, and delivery for complex regulatory reporting data flows. A solid understanding of regulatory controls, data governance, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks is also critical.

Desirable experience may include exposure to Basel III / Basel 3.1 Credit Risk, RWA Optimization, Capital Attribution, and Regulatory Change Programmes. Familiarity with configuring Axiom Controller View, Data Models, Aggregations, Workflows, Hierarchies, and Regulatory Templates is beneficial, as is experience with Oracle, ETL, Data Warehousing, and Regulatory Reporting Integration frameworks. Strong knowledge of Data Lineage, Source-to-Target Mapping (STM), Data Quality Controls, and Reporting Governance is highly valued, along with experience in delivering large-scale multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction regulatory transformation programmes.
