This role is within the National Assurance team, specifically focusing on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in Gurgaon.

Lead and manage end-to-end IPO execution, including supervising the preparation of necessary documentation like DRHP/RHP and conducting due diligence. Coordinate effectively with clients and internal EY teams on regulatory compliance. Liaise with intermediaries such as BRLMs and Legal Counsels to ensure smooth deal execution. Contribute to business development by identifying leads and engaging clients. Oversee risk management, compliance, and disclosure requirements, playing a key role in managing client relationships and third parties. Provide support for post-issue formalities and advise on regulatory changes. Mentor and impart product knowledge to team members.

Candidates must possess an MBA, be a Chartered Accountant, or a Company Secretary, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to collaborate across departments, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and possess an agile, curious, and adaptable mindset. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to client service are essential.
