We are seeking a Senior Manager for our National Assurance team, specifically within the FAAS - Financial & Accounting Advisory Services division in Gurgaon. This role is part of our National practice, which involves cross-industry sector-agnostic teams, offering a well-rounded experience. Assurance aims to inspire confidence and trust in a complex world by protecting public interest, promoting transparency, and nurturing future business leaders.
You will be responsible for technical excellence in areas such as Basel 3.1 Regulatory Reporting, with a strong emphasis on Liquidity Reporting and Capital Adequacy Reporting for banks, adhering to global regulatory standards (e.g., UK PRA/EBA/US FED/RBI/HKMA). Key duties include reviewing regulatory reports like LCR, NSFR, and COREP, and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of treasury products and their impact on financial and regulatory reporting.
Your role will involve managing client projects, developing and implementing digital solutions, and utilizing strong project management skills. You will also be expected to create BRDs, test cases, and design documents, oversee SIT/UAT testing, and secure business sign-offs. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is essential, along with business development aptitude and experience with financial systems like Axiom, SAP, or Oracle. Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy are crucial.
To qualify for this role, you must possess a CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification, complemented by an MBA in Finance. We are looking for candidates with 9 to 12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful solutions, and demonstrating agility, curiosity, and creativity are highly valued. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication, particularly with UK onshore stakeholders, are essential.
