This role within the Assurance sector-agnostic National team focuses on Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS). We assist clients by ensuring compliance with audit standards, providing clear perspectives to audit committees, and delivering critical information to stakeholders. Our services encompass External Audit, FAAS, IFRS & US GAAP conversions, IPO support, and Corporate Treasury IFRS 9 implementation.

Key responsibilities include supporting Axiom Basel III / Basel 3.1 Capital, RWA, COREP, CCR, and Pillar 3 reporting implementations. You will maintain comprehensive data lineage, regulatory process maps, and calculation logic documentation. This role involves assessing regulatory and capital impacts from Basel reforms and new products, supporting target operating model design, and translating business requirements into functional specifications. Collaboration with Risk, Finance, and Technology teams is crucial for delivering compliant reporting solutions. Strengthening regulatory reporting controls for completeness, accuracy, and auditability, along with driving improvements in reconciliations and supporting reporting production cycles, are also vital aspects of this position.

Essential skills include strong experience with Axiom Regulatory Reporting, Capital Adequacy, Credit Risk RWA, COREP, CCR, Pillar 3, and Basel/EBA/PRA regulatory reporting. Proven ability in end-to-end business analysis, functional design, and delivery across complex regulatory reporting data flows is required. A strong understanding of regulatory controls, data governance, audit requirements, and risk management frameworks is necessary. Experience in SIT, UAT, Validation Testing, Defect Management, and Regulatory Release Implementation is also essential. Desirable experience includes exposure to Basel III/3.1 Credit Risk, RWA Optimization, Capital Attribution, and Regulatory Change Programmes, as well as experience with Axiom Controller View, Oracle, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
